When trading with XM, you may forget your password. Or you may want to change your password. You can change your password immediately on the member page, so remember it.
Login to XM
First, log in to the XM Trading member site.
Select “Change password” from “Select Option” at the place where each account list is displayed.
On the password change screen, you enter your current password, new password, and confirmation of the new password.
After the setting is completed, the new password will be effective and the setting will be completed.
Notes on password setting
Note that there are the following restrictions when setting a password.
- New password must be 8-15 characters.
- The new password must be a mixture of lowercase letters, uppercase letters and numbers.
- New password can only contain English alphabets, numbers and special characters。
