MT4 and MT5 have both a PC version and a smartphone app version. Both can be used, so you can use them immediately by downloading them.

When logging into MT4 or MT5, you will need a server to connect to. For demo accounts, FBS-demo, for cent account trading, FBS-Real-Cent, for MT4 accounts, FBS-Real2, FBS-Real. For details, you should have received an email when you registered your account, so check the server name listed there.
For PC version

MT4
