A great execution of orders, fast withdraw (included on weekends), great suport in portuguese (I’m from Brazil)… Good to use EAs, small deposits… Theres no negative comments about this broker from my part. It being a great trader experience until this moment.

On the other hand, there are users who give very bad reviews. I am quite dissatisfied with the support, and it seems that the support did not reply at all even if I emailed them. Slow support response is a problem.
I want to give them minus -5 stars for their customer support. I wrote them some e-mails, messages on messenger, but no one answered. My account is: 320226. I have a problem logging into my account. I think that Exness is a big fake. I want to log in and withdraw my deposit. This is my money and I need my money but exness stuck my money. I can’t transfer and withdraw the amount from my exness account, I think they don’t want to be able to I withdraw my capital.

Long-time Exness users rate it as a great company. I am generally happy with withdrawals and deposits, and overall I rate it very highly.

Their services like deposit, withdrawal and customer service is of next level.I have no words to praise this company.I pray to God it may rise by leaps and bounds.May the company owner live long.It is best for local payment system.
Some users have had some pretty strong complaints about interacting with Exness. I made a payment, but it is not reflected and the customer center does not seem to respond at all. Overall, many users are dissatisfied with the slow response of customer support.
I deposited fund twice with Exness broker, only the first deposit reflected in my trading account, I have contacted their customer care, they investigated the issue and later sent me mail to send my bank account details for a refund, I told them to credit the fund to my trading account, up till now no response from them. And now there customer care is just asking me to keep on waiting. Without any tangible date for my refund.
