What deposit methods do you accept?
XM currently offers payment methods such as bank transfer, convenience store, credit card (VISA / JCB), and SticPay.
Do you have any recommendations for deposit methods?
If you want to deposit immediately, we recommend credit card / debit card deposit. If you want to send a large amount of money safely, bank transfer is good.
Why can’t I deposit with my credit card?
It is possible that you are trying to deposit with a brand other than VISA or JCB cards, or that the card company is refusing to accept payments from FX merchants such as XM. Please contact your credit card company first.
Which credit cards can be used for deposit?
Credit cards that can be used for deposits are only two brands, VISA cards and JCB cards.
How long does it take for the payment to reflect?
Deposits are reflected immediately for credit cards and online wallets, and reflected in 30 to 1 hour for bank transfers and bank transfers.
Will I be charged a fee when making a deposit?
Deposits by credit card, debit card, and online wallet do not incur a fee. On the other hand, if you deposit an amount of 10,000 yen or less by bank transfer, or if you deposit at a convenience store, a separate fee will be charged.
