If a problem occurs, consider the following possibilities. Line is down, network error
There may be a line outage or a network error. Not being connected to the network will disable your account in the first place. If you are unable to click to connect to the official website or apply for a campaign, please check your network status.
Incorrect ID or password
If the login information of ID and password is incorrect, it may be displayed as “Invalid account”. Regarding mistakes in entering your MT4/MT5 ID, the ID is included in the email you received when you opened your XM account, so if you copy and paste it, you can be sure to enter it correctly.
Incorrect server information
Server information is included in the email sent from XM when you open an account. After checking, please select the server you want to use on MT4/MT5 again. This also applies to demo accounts, etc., so first check your email by accessing it on your smartphone. If it has not been left unattended for more than 90 days, it should not be a dormant account.
