How to change password

HF Markets allows you to change your password. It depends on whether it’s your account password or your trading account password.

Change password for trading account

First, click “View All” in My Trading Account.

A list of trading accounts will appear. There is a gear mark on the right end of each account, so click it and select “Change password”.

By default, your existing email address and myHF password are entered. Click Change Password. You can then enter a new password. After that, you will receive an email with a new password.

This email is the only way you can check your password later, so please do not lose it.

Change password for myHF

If you have forgotten your myHF password, you can reset it by clicking “Forgot password?”.

You can reset it by entering your myHF ID and registered email address.

If you forget your myHF ID

If you forget your myHF ID, please contact the support center. There should be an e-mail that can confirm your ID in the registered e-mail address, but if even that is lost, there is nothing you can do.

If you forgot your trading account ID

If you forget your trading account ID, you can check it by logging in. Click “View All” in My Trading Account.

A list of trading accounts will appear. The ACCOUNT ID here will be the ID of each account.

Freeze account

If your account is frozen, you will no longer be able to log in before changing your password. This often happens when a prohibition is violated. In this case, first contact the support center and try to negotiate with them to see if they can cancel it.
